The reconstruction project of a private closed-type office began with an ambitious goal: to create a modern architectural solution that reflects the latest trends and meets high standards. We applied innovative panels in 2014, when the trend for this material was just beginning in Ukraine, and few had experience working with it.

Use of FUNDERMAX Panels: The project utilized Austrian FUNDERMAX panels, which were new to the Ukrainian market at the time. These panels are highly resistant to external influences and give the building an aesthetically appealing appearance.

Ventilated Facade: We transformed the building's facade using ventilated facade technology, which improves thermal insulation and protects the structure from adverse weather conditions. This solution not only enhances the building's appearance but also increases its energy efficiency.

Automatic Blinds: Automatic blinds were installed on the windows, adding convenience and allowing the regulation of natural lighting in the room, emphasizing the modernity and functionality of the architectural solution.
