This project is a custom modern home designed for a young family. The main goal was to create a cozy and functional living space that meets modern standards and provides a comfortable life surrounded by nature. The construction took almost two years to complete.
The house features a modern minimalist design with clean lines and geometric shapes, using high-quality materials like HPL panels that give the facade an elegant and stylish look.
The courtyard is a private space with a pool and an automated retractable deck. Large panoramic windows and sliding doors create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
A standout feature in the courtyard is the decorative wall, which, over the years, has become completely green with climbing plants. This wall draws attention and has become a focal point of the landscape, making it impossible to look away.
The well-thought-out lighting system, both outside and inside, highlights the architectural elements and creates a cozy atmosphere at night. These lighting solutions also play a crucial role in visually expanding the space and adding to the home's appeal.
The house is designed to meet modern living requirements, ensuring maximum comfort for all family members. The layout includes spacious living areas, a combined living room with a fireplace, a mini-kitchen for a chef, an office with a pool view, a large 17 m² home theater, and a playroom for the child—all on the first floor with scenic windows.The second floor houses four bedrooms, each with its own 12 m² walk-in closet and bathroom. Every bedroom also has its own terrace.The plot size is 3000 square meters (about 0.74 acres), providing ample space to create a cozy home and beautiful outdoor relaxation areas.
This project perfectly blends modern design and functionality. The main focus was on creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing home, ideal for a young family wanting to live in harmony with nature and modern conveniences.
The parking for collectible cars was designed inside the house, allowing you to view the cars from all sides, no matter where you are. This part of the house reflects the owner's passion for vintage cars and racing, and it was the starting point for the entire project’s planning.
The cars are not just stored here—they are part of the interior, adding uniqueness to the home and reflecting the owner's individuality.
