An architect designed a property in Paphos, Tala, and when it was purchased by new owners, they decided to change the exterior décor of the façade and create new zones on the property. The new design includes changes to the exterior appearance and the creation of new zones. The landscape and façade are designed in a unified style, harmonizing with the surroundings and the climate of Cyprus.

The house's architecture features large glass windows, providing stunning views and natural light. Wooden and steel elements add stylish accents, while zonal constructions create openness and functionality. Significant attention is given to sun protection through upper-level façade elements that also serve as decorative screens.

This integration of landscape and architecture creates a harmonious and stylish living space, perfectly suited to the hot and humid climate of Cyprus.

The front facade demonstrates an elegant combination of materials and clean lines, highlighting the modern style of the building. From the rear of the house, smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces create a sense of openness and spaciousness, making the home even more appealing to its residents.
