We aimed to create a harmonious living space that combines modern architectural solutions with a comfortable and secure environment for residents. Our task was to design a gated community that ensures privacy, convenience, and aesthetic appeal for all its inhabitants.

The site is divided into 14 individual homes, situated along Kontrrevolyutsionnaya Street and Hostomel Lane. The plot sizes range from 723 m² to two larger plots of 1500 m², allowing for a variety of home sizes and types to meet different residents' needs.

The entire area is enclosed by a fence, creating a secure and private space. Entry to the community is through a guarded checkpoint, which further enhances security.

The houses are designed in a modern minimalist style, using high-quality materials. Each home features large windows to maximize natural light and visually expand the space.

Special attention is given to landscape design. We developed a comprehensive landscape project that includes decorative shrubs and trees planted around the houses, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Each plot includes areas for relaxation and swimming pools, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.

The houses are equipped with spacious garages and parking spaces. There are designated barbecue areas and open terraces, allowing residents to enjoy outdoor activities comfortably.

The project includes the creation of convenient pathways and driveways. There are also planned storage areas for bicycles and sports equipment.
